Since he was born and raised in Southern California, Jimmy understands the true value of all that SoCal has to offer. When he’s not spending time with family or friends he enjoys staying healthy, authentic Mexican food, and the Pacific surf. He holds a Bachelors degree from San Diego Christian College and a Masters from Liberty University, but says that working with diverse groups of people has been his best education. “My work and life experience in San Diego, Los Angeles, and the Central Valley has taught me to appreciate a variety of perspectives and values.
